I enjoyed your article on Roger Hilton etc. I thought you might be amused  to know that I had an abstract painting (with references to the nude) removed from the walls of a members exhibition at the Penwith Gallery St Ives for containing what was described as  a section  of 4sq inches of pornography that was likely to cause offence. I still have the painting some where and the letter from the chairman. This was as recently as I think 1989!... I am hoping that this provenance will make it very valuable one day.
